Effective Date: September 22, 2026 • Last Updated: September 22, 2026 This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) explains the refund and cancellation rules applicable to paid services offered by LaunchTeaser through launchteaser.com (the “Website”). LaunchTeaser currently offers paid promotional placements for brands, companies, startups, founders, products, and launches, as well as paid listings for studios and agencies. This Refund Policy forms part of the LaunchTeaser Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a LaunchTeaser service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Paid Services Covered by This Policy

This Refund Policy applies primarily to:
  1. Featured and Promoted Launch placements
  2. Static image and logo promotional placements
  3. Studio and Agency Directory listings
  4. Other paid promotional or listing services that LaunchTeaser may introduce in the future
The specific refund rules may differ depending on the service purchased. LaunchTeaser currently offers:

  • $99 total

Monthly Placement

  • $299 total
These prices are the total amount payable by the customer. LaunchTeaser does not add separate platform, processing, tax, or other charges on top of the advertised price.

3. Approval Before Publication

All paid Featured and Promoted Launch placements are subject to LaunchTeaser’s approval. Submitting a promotional request and making payment does not guarantee acceptance. LaunchTeaser may review the submitted:
  • Launch;
  • Video;
  • Product;
  • Brand;
  • Company;
  • Static image;
  • Logo;
  • Promotional copy;
  • Website or landing page; and
  • Other promotional material.
LaunchTeaser may approve or reject the proposed placement at its discretion, subject to applicable law and its published policies.

4. Refund When a Paid Placement Is Rejected

If LaunchTeaser rejects or does not accept a paid promotional placement before it goes live, the customer will receive a refund. This includes circumstances where LaunchTeaser determines that the proposed placement:
  • Does not meet its advertising requirements;
  • Violates the Terms & Conditions;
  • Violates the Advertising & Sponsorship Policy;
  • Violates the Code of Conduct;
  • Raises copyright or trademark concerns;
  • Contains misleading or deceptive content;
  • Contains prohibited material;
  • Creates legal, security, or operational concerns; or
  • Otherwise does not meet LaunchTeaser’s requirements.
The refund will normally be made through the payment method or payment provider used for the original transaction.

5. No Refund After Approval and Publication

Once a paid promotional placement has been approved and published, the payment is non-refundable. This applies because the purchase relates to digital advertising inventory and a time-based promotional placement that LaunchTeaser has reserved and made available to the customer. No refund will be provided simply because the customer:
  • Changes their mind;
  • No longer wants the promotion;
  • Changes their marketing strategy;
  • Changes the product or launch;
  • Changes the brand;
  • Receives fewer views than expected;
  • Receives fewer clicks than expected;
  • Does not receive expected traffic;
  • Does not generate expected leads or sales;
  • Does not achieve expected conversions;
  • Discontinues the promoted product or service;
  • Requests early removal; or
  • Decides not to continue with the placement.

6. Customer Cancellation Before Publication

If a customer wishes to cancel a paid promotional placement before LaunchTeaser has approved and published it, the customer may contact us at: contact@launchteaser.com or via X. Cancellation does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued. Where the cancellation is accompanied by LaunchTeaser’s rejection or non-acceptance of the placement, the refund provisions in Section 4 will apply. If the placement has already been approved or published, the no-refund provisions in Section 5 will apply.

7. Removal After Publication

LaunchTeaser reserves the right to remove, suspend, modify, or restrict a promotional placement after publication where reasonably necessary. This may occur if:
  • The advertisement violates the Terms & Conditions;
  • The advertisement violates the Advertising & Sponsorship Policy;
  • The advertiser provides materially false or misleading information;
  • The content infringes third-party rights;
  • The content violates applicable law;
  • The promoted website or product creates a security concern;
  • The advertiser engages in fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • A third-party rights holder raises a valid concern;
  • The content becomes unsuitable for the Website; or
  • Other legal, operational, technical, or security circumstances require removal.
Removal of an approved and published placement does not automatically entitle the advertiser to a refund. Where the advertiser has violated LaunchTeaser’s policies or these Terms, no refund will ordinarily be provided. LaunchTeaser may determine whether an exception or partial or full refund is appropriate in exceptional circumstances.

8. Technical or Operational Issues

LaunchTeaser will make reasonable efforts to keep approved promotional placements available during their applicable advertising period. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:
  • Website maintenance;
  • Technical failures;
  • Hosting or infrastructure problems;
  • Third-party service interruptions;
  • Security incidents;
  • Internet or network issues;
  • Changes to Website infrastructure; or
  • Circumstances beyond LaunchTeaser’s reasonable control.
A temporary interruption does not automatically create a right to a refund. If a significant technical issue materially prevents a paid placement from being delivered for a substantial portion of its purchased period, LaunchTeaser may, at its discretion, provide an extension, replacement placement, partial refund, or other appropriate remedy.

9. Studio and Agency Directory Listing

LaunchTeaser offers studios and agencies the opportunity to purchase a directory listing. The current price is:
  • $49 one-time fee
The $49 payment is a one-time fee and does not create a recurring subscription or recurring listing charge. The directory listing is provided subject to the Terms & Conditions and the continued operation of the LaunchTeaser directory.

10. Refunds for Studio and Agency Directory Listings

The $49 Studio/Agency Directory listing fee is generally non-refundable once the listing has been accepted and published. Because the service involves creating and publishing a digital directory listing, refunds are not provided merely because a customer:
  • Changes their mind;
  • No longer wants the listing;
  • Changes their business strategy;
  • Wants to remove the listing;
  • Stops operating the advertised service;
  • Does not receive the expected number of visitors or leads; or
  • Does not receive expected business results.
If LaunchTeaser rejects a directory listing before it is accepted and published, the customer will receive a refund.

11. Directory Listing Removal

LaunchTeaser may remove a Studio or Agency Directory listing if:
  • The information is materially inaccurate;
  • The listing violates the Terms & Conditions;
  • The listing violates the Code of Conduct;
  • The listing infringes third-party rights;
  • The business engages in fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  • The listing contains prohibited content;
  • The listing creates a legal, security, or operational concern; or
  • Other circumstances reasonably require removal.
Removal following a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund. The $49 fee does not guarantee that the LaunchTeaser Directory itself will operate indefinitely.

12. No Recurring Charges

The Studio/Agency Directory listing is currently offered as a one-time $49 payment. LaunchTeaser will not automatically charge a recurring listing fee for the same listing unless a future service is expressly introduced and purchased under separate terms.

13. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, LaunchTeaser will generally initiate the refund through the payment provider used for the original transaction. Payments are currently processed through Dodo Payments. LaunchTeaser may change its payment processor in the future. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution. LaunchTeaser does not control the processing time after a refund has been initiated through the applicable payment provider.

14. Refund Requests

  • Purchased service;
  • Date of purchase; and
  • Reason for the request.
Providing complete information helps us identify the relevant transaction and process the request efficiently. For legal notices, formal legal correspondence, intellectual property disputes, or other legal matters relating to a refund or transaction, contact: Customers should contact LaunchTeaser before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to review the matter. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, LaunchTeaser may provide the applicable payment provider or financial institution with relevant information regarding:
  • The transaction;
  • The purchased service;
  • The approval and publication status;
  • The applicable Terms & Conditions;
  • This Refund Policy; and
  • Relevant communications or transaction records.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund is owed. LaunchTeaser reserves its rights in relation to disputed transactions.

17. Pricing

Current LaunchTeaser promotional pricing is: The displayed price is the total amount payable by the customer. LaunchTeaser does not add separate platform, processing, tax, or other charges to the advertised price. LaunchTeaser may change pricing for future purchases. Any applicable price will be displayed before the customer completes a new purchase.

18. Exceptions

LaunchTeaser may, at its discretion, provide a refund, credit, replacement placement, extension, or other remedy in exceptional circumstances. Providing such an exception in one case does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another case.

19. Relationship With Other Policies

This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read together with: If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions will generally control unless expressly stated otherwise.

20. Changes to This Policy

LaunchTeaser may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this document. Changes generally apply to purchases made after the updated policy becomes effective, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy or a LaunchTeaser transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
